I finished the Mystery quilt I have been working on for a couple of months. Generally, I am happy with the results. I think I could have used a more medium fabric and the pattern would have shown up better, but I just couldn't resist using the gorgeous grey and lt. blue batik for the medium in the quilt. LOL. We are having a thunderstorm right now.....I just love the power of a thunderstorm.

Mystery on the Oriental Express
I finished the Mystery quilt I have been working on for a couple of months. Generally, I am happy with the results. I love your fabrics but you are right on the medium you chose. Nice -- fun mystery I bet! Did you see my mystery I just completed? This was only my second mystery I have done--how many have you done?
I wanted to tell you I am with you on the writing--I love to write too but don't do as much as I should. You have an interesting position too. When will you retire? And quilt full time?
